It’s a great little tool from the folks at Ownyourownventure for simulating founder dilution, ownership and share valuation over the life of your startup. With a simple mouse click and no math whatsoever you can accurately model 3 financing rounds, including an employee stock option plan and see how the ownership gets distributed and what your piece is worth over time.
